2013-2015 Everlane, Head of Design Joined company's executive team at start-up stage as Head of Design. Established creative and product direction from inspiration to product launch calendar for all women's and men's apparel and accessories. Sourced materials and producers, personally developed shoes and leather goods in Italy. Partnered with marketing on product messages and creative team on content and visual presentation. Built design team in NYC.
2011-2013 Gap, Inc; Director of Global Fast track
Created and actioned close to market product pipeline for global markets. Determined market specific product needs, designed and developed women's and men's apparel and accessories through direct design-vendor relationship and in factory development.
2009-2011 Gap, Inc; Head of Design for Europe and International
Partnered with London based team on market specific product need identification, marketing messaging and visual store presentation. Established seasonal concept for color, pattern and fabric direction. Lead bi-coastal design team and as a member of Gap Inc. leadership team contributed to seasonal product direction for all markets and product pipeline strategy.
2006-2009 J.Crew, Senior Designer of Women's woven product
Hired to design women's suiting and expanded into novelty bottoms and wear to work separates, including haberdashery as a capsule collection. Developed wardrobe for Michelle Obama's first presidential campaign.
2002-2006 Tommy Hilfiger, Inc. Designer of H-Hilfiger
Women's Collection Principal designer for Women's boutique collection. Reported to SVP of Design and managed all woven categories, including denim development in LA.
2001-2002 Narciso Rodriguez, Assistant Designer of Women's collection
